IT has been a quiet dream of mine for a long time to break in to property management. My mother did it throughout different points in my childhood I know it was not a cake walk to get in the ideal position. But I was wandering if I could get some pointers.

Like a reputable licensing company that deals allot with people in Small property management.
And how to go about locating available positions for smaller properties.

My ultimate goal is to get a live in position with free rent. I have a certain amount of experience and concept of what the job requires. How ever I need a fresh take.

What does this mean for the rental agreement since it refers specifically to the property management company as the landlord? Apparently the owner has not been paying them. Hello we recently applied for a rental home with a property manager (in V.A.). We have spoke to the owner who is very nice and she required no credit check and said that in her mind we were already “approved” she had to get a property manager b/c her and her family were moving to a different state. Just wondering how long it would take this property management co. to approve/deny our application. And what there normal procedures on the approval were. We paid a deposit of first months rent and app. fee of $40.
